James founded IFS in 1999 and has been the driving force behind the company. He saw the need for businesses to employ a facilities management company to allow them to focus on their core business. With almost thirty years of experience in facilities management including Health Care & Institutional, Government,  Retail and Commercial, James has developed IFS' diverse customer base. His hands on approach and attention to detail assures customers their needs will be met with promptness and efficiency.

James is the Senior Executive that answers directly to the IFS board of directors.
