Dan MacCubbin - Property Manager and Corporate Broker

Dan MacCubbin, Property Manager, has been in the real estate field for over seventeen years managing commercial buildings, condominium complexes, municipal sites and cell tower sites.  Dan's most recent portfolio consisted of over 290 condominium units, several commercial properties with multiple tenants, large vacant commercial properties and warehouse space. 

Dan is the Broker of Record for IFS and maintains the company's New York State Real Estate Brokers license. Dan is also a New York State Notary Public.

Lisa Kelly - Assistant Property Manager 

Lisa has been in Project/Property Management combined, for over 12 years.  She currently handles all functions associated with managing residential and commercial properties.  Along with Dan, she fields calls for residents and commercial owners to dispatch work orders on a daily basis.  By working together as a team, Dan and Lisa help achieve operational profitability and have a high level of customer service satisfaction.
