As our Program Manager, Theresa manages the site acquisition, permitting and zoning process for major wireless carriers. Her experience includes 5 years working in our Wireless Division. Theresa has over eight years experience working with IFS and has also been in Facilities Management and Property Management.
Theresa holds a current New York State Real Estate License.
Sam Dattilo Jr. - Cell Site Acquisition and Zoning Specialist
Sam is responsible for identifying, acquiring and managing cell sites for major wireless carriers. Previously, Sam had been in the real estate field for over ten years with experience in rental property management and new home construction, design and sales.
