IFS is a qualified service provider designed to assist today's companies in facing their challenges and meeting their objectives.

IFS was formed in 1999 to meet a growing demand for a single source service provider. James Warner, company president, utilized his 40+ years of experience in the field to market services to companies whose business model did not include oversight of contracted services. Diversifying into complimentary fields of Property Management, Renovations, Construction, and Wireless Services Program Management has enabled the company to continue to expand its client base and meet our customers’ expectations.

IFS’s geographic base has expanded to include most states in the Northeast as well as Mid-Atlantic states; Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Additionally we have an operation based out of Tampa, Florida that covers most of Central Florida. IFS provides Operations and Facility Managers in small, medium and large companies, the ability to maintain its focus on its core responsibilities.

Integrated Facility Solutions was founded on the principle that we exist to provide our customers with a level of  service that is based on the customers specifications and expectations. This ensures that we always hit the mark and ensure the customers satisfaction. Working as a Facilities Manager for the majority of his career this experience has provided James the insight into understanding the customers needs from the other side of the table. This knowledge has defined the mission of Integrated Facility Solutions which is “To strive to meet the customers needs and provide single source responsibility and accountability.”

Northeast Market

James founded IFS in 1999 and has been the driving force behind the company. He saw the need for businesses to employ a facilities services provider to allow them to focus on their core business. With almost forty years of experience in facilities management including Health Care & Institutional, Government, Military, Retail and Commercial, James has developed IFS’ diverse customer base. His hands on approach and attention to detail assures customers their needs will be met with promptness and efficiency.

James is the Managing Partner,  Owner and a 20 year Veteran Navy Seabee.

Mid Atlantic Market

Our Mid Atlantic division is centrally located in Holly Springs North Carolina. This subsidiary of IFS Corporate, in the Northeast, has maintained an Unlimited General Contractors License, issued by the North Carolina licensing board, since 2006 in this market. This license covers us for unlimited operations from constructions services to Repair and Maintenance services in North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. We are licensed in Virginia as well.

Under the direction of James Warner, Managing Partner, all daily operations and projects are managed by Chris Cassese, Regional Manager. Kevin Thompson, our Area Manager,  manages in-house staff and external trades while providing a consistent interface our client base can rely upon 24/7.

Southeast Market

Our Southeast division, a subsidiary of IFS Corporate in the Northeast market, is based in Tampa Florida. In this market we specialize in support services for the Self Storage industry, providing repair and maintenance services for their facilities. We cover most of Central Florida, see our coverage map for details. 

Under the direction of James Warner, President and Managing Partner, Dan Lawrence manages the daily operations of our Facilities Group along with our Construction Division. Our Facilities Group performs reactive and preventive maintenance services as well as contract janitorial services, to include post construction janitorial services. Our Construction Division specializes in retail and office interior upfits as well as refresh and renovation services.   

Glenn Zautner, Regional Manager, manages the daily operations of our Self Storage Maintenance Division. With over 30+ years in the construction and  mechanical trades Glenn is uniquely qualified to define solutions for every day maintenance and repair needs.
